Global HSE at Vestas plays a pivotal role by setting global HSE standards and governance, ensuring end-to-end HSE management, controls, assurance, and performance aligned with Vestas' strategy and values.

Responsibilities:

Support the Head of HSE: Embed Global HSE strategy and plans in Supply Chain & Transport, define HSE requirements for tenders and supplier contracts.

Serve as SME and Business Partner: Provide expertise in Supply Chain & Transport HSE matters, conduct HSE Assurance audits, and evaluate Transport Safety Risk Assessments.

Support Departments: Assist Commercial, Engineering, and Operations teams with HSE matters related to client engagements.

Accident/Incident Analysis: Analyze statistics, identify trends, and propose improvement plans.

Collaborate on Transport Insurance: Work with Vestas Transport insurance on Loss Prevention trips globally.

Enhance Safety Culture: Continuously improve Safety Culture through training initiatives and resource development.

CO2 Improvement: Monitor and manage initiatives aimed at improving CO2 emissions.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in relevant field.

10-15 years of experience in transport and logistics within a large, multinational organization.

Fluency in English is essential.
