Job Description

Job Title: Health and Safety Specialist – Offshore Service. Location: Buckie, Scotland, UK. Siemens Gamesa is looking for a Health and Safety Specialist to support offshore wind farm service operations in Buckie. This role plays a critical part in ensuring health, safety, & environmental compliance, promoting a "Zero Harm" culture, & driving safety excellence in offshore operations.

Responsibilities:

• Implement & oversee health, safety, & environmental (HSE) management systems.
• Identify & mitigate hazards through proactive monitoring & risk assessments.
• Conduct incident investigations, ensuring corrective actions are implemented.
• Provide EHS training & inductions for site personnel;
• Collaborate with operations teams & regulatory bodies to maintain compliance.
• Analyze & report EHS performance data to drive improvements.
• Promote best practices across Siemens Gamesa’s offshore operations.

Qualifications & Skills:

• NEBOSH or equivalent EHS qualification (or willingness to obtain).
• Experience in an operational/engineering environment, ideally in power services or a regulated industry.
• Strong problem-solving skills & ability to work in high-performance teams.
• Knowledge of EHS regulations & compliance requirements.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office & EHS reporting tools;
• Valid UK/EU driving license & willingness to travel.
