Job Title: Health and Safety Specialist – Offshore Service. Location: North Wales (On-site) . Join Siemens Gamesa Renewable Energy as a **Health and Safety Specialist** and ensure the safety and sustainability of our offshore wind farm operations in North Wales. Key Responsibilities:

• Support offshore wind farm service operations by implementing health, safety, and environmental arrangements.
• Report and investigate Health and Safety incidents, accidents, and near misses according to Siemens Gamesa and legal procedures.
• Promote a “Zero Harm” EHS culture and contribute to achieving EHS strategic objectives.
• Conduct risk assessments, provide guidance on legislation and safety standards, and assist with EHS inductions and training.
• Maintain all necessary health, safety, and environmental records (e.g., risk assessments, training records).

Qualifications:

• NEBOSH or equivalent EHS qualification is preferred.
• Previous EHS experience in a regulated environment, preferably within power service or engineering.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to provide pragmatic EHS guidance.
• Full UK/EU driving license and willingness to travel.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with experience working in a high-performance, team-oriented environment.
