HSE Professional - Onshore Service

Job Description

As an HSE Professional, you'll ensure that Health, Safety & Environmental policies are communicated and adhered to across onshore wind farms in the N/W region. You'll support the SOS management team, conduct Toolbox Talks, assist with HSE inspections, and act as a safety role model. Your responsibilities will also include reporting and investigating safety incidents, and ensuring compliance with legal and company standards.

Responsibilities:

Communicate and enforce HSE policies and procedures.

Support site supervisors during safety meetings and inspections.

Report and investigate hazardous observations, near misses, and incidents.

Ensure compliance with local legislation and company standards.

Review and revise HSE documents and Emergency Response Plans.

Collaborate with customers and stakeholders on HSE matters.

Promote and facilitate a strong safety culture on-site.

Qualifications:

Relevant HSE education (NEBOSH, IOSH) or willingness to obtain.

At least 3 years of HSE experience in wind power/energy.

Trade experience in electrical or mechanical disciplines.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and quick to learn new systems.

Knowledge of Risk Assessment, COSHH, and control processes.

Experience working at height and a full clean driving license.
