HSE Specialist

Job Description

In the QHSE Services team at EBSC, Global Manufacturing, you'll manage and enhance HSE processes and promote a safety & quality culture.

Responsibilities:

Document, implement, and update HSE policies and procedures (ISO 14001 & ISO 45001).

Ensure compliance with regulations and coordinate with statutory authorities.

Conduct internal audits, HSE reviews, and training sessions.

Perform trend analysis on HSE metrics and report as per GRI protocols.

Lead global HSE initiatives and support corporate HSE goals.

Oversee HSE performance, incident analysis, and corrective actions.

Provide technical guidance and establish standardized risk reduction practices.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Environmental, Health, Safety, or related field.

10+ years in a practical environment with experience in EHS IT applications preferred.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Competencies:

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ability to thrive with minimal oversight and in a collaborative environment.

Effective communication skills and project management capabilities.

Knowledge of manufacturing processes and Lean Six Sigma concepts is beneficial.
