Job Description
Job Title: Ingeniero/a Mantenimiento Eléctrico. Location: Barcelona, Spain
Responsibilities:
- Supervise & coordinate a team of 7, ensuring proper task distribution for electrical, electronic, instrumentation, IT, & communication maintenance across the treatment plant & associated pumping stations.
- Plan & schedule preventive & corrective maintenance, working with internal teams & subcontractors as needed.
- Lead & collaborate on projects involving improvements & structural changes to the plant.
- Define technical specifications for new equipment & modifications in coordination with the technical department.
- Manage budgets & resources efficiently to maintain plant operations.
- Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards & regulations.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Industrial Engineering (Electrical, Electronics, Automation, or Telecommunications).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in electrical maintenance;
- Strong knowledge of high & low voltage electrical schematics & testing equipment.
- Experience supervising & coordinating teams.
- Preferable experience in water treatment sector;
- Leadership skills & ability to work under pressure.
- Fluent in Catalan & Spanish; technical English required.
- Proficiency in Google Suite & AutoCAD.
