Job Description

Job Title: Lead Analyst - T&D Support. Location: In Office, Rochester, NY

Responsibilities:

1. Analyze & benchmark field operation practices to identify gaps & recommend methods to improve cost-effectiveness, safety, & customer satisfaction.
2. Lead the development & delivery of training programs tailored to organizational needs, ensuring they are cost-effective & practical.
3. Assist with annual business planning, budgeting, expense tracking, & scheduling for training programs;
4. Manage special projects, participate in team initiatives, & support T&D operational improvements;
5. Contribute to system emergency planning & restoration activities to ensure efficient responses during critical situations.

Qualifications:

• Education: Associate degree in a related field with 3+ years of experience OR a high school diploma with 5+ years of directly related experience.
• Skills:
  • Proactive, results-driven orientation.
  • Strong PC proficiency;
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, & oral communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving & analytical capabilities;
  • Knowledge of company policies & emergency response procedures.
  • Ability to work effectively across all company levels during emergencies.
