Job Title: Lead Process Engineer. Location: Bengaluru, India. We specialize in water, energy, & material solutions to drive sustainability. Responsibilities:

• Develop & refine Process Flow Diagrams (PFDs), Piping & Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs), & Process Data Sheets for wastewater treatment, Zero Liquid Discharge (ZLD), & water reuse projects.
• Perform process simulations using Biowin (STP) & conduct Heat & Material Balances for ZLD systems.
• Design & size key process equipment, including MBR, RO, & ZLD units;
• Provide technical field support for troubleshooting & root cause analysis.
• Prepare & present technical data to internal & external stakeholders;
• Participate in HAZOP reviews & safety analysis of P&IDs.
• Lead customer meetings & provide execution support for process optimization.
• Document lessons learned, contribute to internal tech notes, & support organizational initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering (M.Tech/Ph.D. is a plus).
• Strong understanding of biological & zero liquid discharge systems.
• Experience with mass & heat balance, equipment sizing, & P&ID analysis.
• Ability to integrate unit operations & build flow sheets for complex effluents.
• Knowledge of HAZOP, safety analysis, & troubleshooting techniques;
• Excellent communication & presentation skills;
• Exposure to commissioning & root cause analysis tools is a plus.
• Experience in industries like steel & food & beverage (F&B) is beneficial.
