Job Description

Position: Lead Sales Manager - Mobile Water Services DACH. Job Type: Full-time, Permanent. Location: Remote, based in Germany. Job Responsibilities:

• Act as a technical & commercial expert, growing Veolia’s presence as a provider of mobile water services & outsourced solutions.
• Develop growth strategies & maintain a strong network of water users aligned with company goals.
• Solve critical water treatment challenges faced by industries across the DACH region.
• Educate customers about the importance of Emergency Water Plans & achieve consistent sales targets.
• Provide accurate sales forecasts & ensure customer needs are met with competitive solutions.
• Promote Veolia’s solutions through client meetings, conferences, & presentations.
• Monitor market trends & legislative changes to identify opportunities.
• Collaborate with regional sales managers to align growth strategies & ensure seamless execution.
• Support project managers & engineers in bid preparation & execution.
• Uphold integrity & adhere to internal procedures throughout the sales cycle.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent; Master’s/PhD preferred.
• Fluent in English & German (French is a plus).
• Results-oriented & commercially driven to achieve sales targets.
• Proven expertise in water treatment for industries like power, refining, & petrochemicals.
• Experience with temporary water solutions (e.g., RO, UF, ion exchange units).
• Strong communication, negotiation, & teamwork skills.
• Currently residing in Germany or willing to relocate.
