Job Opportunity: Lead, Annual Budgeting & Financial Analytics

As the Lead for Annual Budgeting and Financial Analytics, you will be responsible for guiding the company's budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes. Your role will involve providing in-depth analytics on revenue, profitability, and cost performance, along with regular business risk assessments and strategic financial modeling.

Key Responsibilities:

Budgeting & Forecasting: Lead the annual budgeting, business planning, and forecasting activities for the company.

Performance Analytics: Analyze revenue, profitability, and cost performance on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.

Business Insights: Evaluate key business drivers, industry trends, and competition to provide regular risk assessment reports.

Dashboard Management: Regularly update and review dashboards to streamline financial and operational MIS across various locations and initiatives.

Financial Modeling: Prepare financial models and analyses for strategic initiatives and new business opportunities.

IT Collaboration: Partner with IT to digitize reporting and analysis formats.

Board Preparation: Prepare quarterly review decks and presentations for Board meetings.

Variance Analysis: Ensure timely preparation of monthly variance analysis of revenue and expenses versus budget and prior year.

Ad Hoc Reporting: Provide ad hoc reports and analyses as required by the business.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in budgeting, financial analysis, and business planning.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to provide actionable insights.

Experience in financial modeling and strategic financial analysis.

Proficiency in creating and managing dashboards and financial reporting tools.

Ability to collaborate effectively with IT and other departments.

Excellent communication skills for preparing and presenting reports to the Board.
