Job Description

Job Tital: Local HR Partner – London (Hybrid). Join our UK & Ireland People & Culture team and play a key role in delivering a seamless HR service. As a Local HR Partner, you’ll support managers and employees in areas such as employee relations, onboarding, absence management, and performance development while ensuring compliance with UK employment laws.

Responsibilities:

• Act as a subject matter expert on HR policies, procedures, and guidelines.
• Support managers with employee relations, investigations, and performance management.
• Manage short- & long-term absences, collaborating with occupational health when needed;
• Oversee HR onboarding & offboarding processes, working with internal & external stakeholders.
• Assist the Senior HRBP on change management projects, including acquisitions & reorganizations;
• Coordinate with international mobility teams for expatriation & short-term business assignments.

Qualifications:

• CIPD qualification (completed or in progress) or similar professional accreditation.
• Strong knowledge of UK employment law & HR advisory experience;
• Ability to plan, prioritize, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication & relationship-building skills;
• Experience in matrix organizations is preferred.

• Salary: £50,000 - £55,000 per year (+ pension & benefits based on experience).
