Primary Duties:

• Oversee engineering function and ensure compliance with station and regulatory needs.
• Manage and develop engineering personnel to meet site and corporate objectives.
• Provide engineering and technical leadership for short-term and long-term programs.
• Engage in Business Planning, Budget, and Performance reviews.
• Contribute to NGG-wide programs and initiatives to enhance engineering systems and processes.

Minimum Qualifications:

• BS in Engineering or Professional Engineer License
• 5+ years of experience in commercial or military nuclear power plant or utility
• Demonstrated technical leadership
• Team-oriented with a focus on achieving results

• Expected salary range: $152,100 - $169,000 (varies by experience)
