Primary Duties:

Oversee engineering function and ensure compliance with station and regulatory needs.

Manage and develop engineering personnel to meet site and corporate objectives.

Provide engineering and technical leadership for short-term and long-term programs.

Engage in Business Planning, Budget, and Performance reviews.

Contribute to NGG-wide programs and initiatives to enhance engineering systems and processes.

Minimum Qualifications:

BS in Engineering or Professional Engineer License

5+ years of experience in commercial or military nuclear power plant or utility

Demonstrated technical leadership

Team-oriented with a focus on achieving results

Qualifications & Benefits:

Advanced technical degree or MBA

Expected salary range: $152,100 - $169,000 (varies by experience)
