Marketing / Proposals Coordinator

Job Description

Job Title: Marketing / Proposals Coordinator. Location: Sydney, Brisbane, or Melbourne, Australia. Employment Type: Full-Time (12-month fixed term with potential for permanency)

Responsibilities:

• Graphic Design & Content Creation: Develop templates, capability statements, presentations & marketing collateral for various platforms. Coordinate printed materials for conferences & events.
• Content Management: Update and maintain photography, videography, resumes, project descriptions, and imagery in content libraries.
• Proposal & Presentation Support: Assist with proposal production, ensuring high-quality visuals, editing, and timely delivery. Create MS Teams sites to organize proposal collaboration.
• Corporate Marketing Coordination: Liaise with corporate teams & stakeholders to maintain brand consistency across social media, websites, and announcements.
• Event Management: Track, share, & coordinate event planning, sponsorships, and attendee management.
• Brand Cohesion: Work on co-branded templates, aligning Geosyntec & Red Earth Engineering branding strategies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or Media.
• 2+ years of experience in a similar role or equivalent combination of education & experience.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Adobe InDesign, CRM tools, and desktop publishing software.
• Strong editing, formatting, and writing skills with attention to detail.
• Experience in technical proposal production (preferred).
