Job Opportunity: Sourcing Manager – Offshore Wind Farms & Transmission Assets

Welcome to O&M Procurement:

In the Offshore Services Procurement team, you'll support offshore wind farms by ensuring the timely and competitive contracting of O&M services. You'll work within a global team of procurement professionals, focusing on negotiating and finalizing contracts that meet the needs of end users. Key Responsibilities:

Tendering Process: Manage the end-to-end process, including qualifying suppliers, evaluating bids, negotiating terms, and awarding contracts.

Compliance: Ensure adherence to internal and external tendering rules, policies, and governance.

Documentation: Prepare and present clear gate documents for management decisions on strategies.

Supplier Communication: Lead interactions with suppliers throughout the sourcing activities.

Quality Assurance: Review documentation, share lessons learned, and provide feedback on category strategies.

Contract Handover: Ensure signed contracts are complete and ready for execution.

Requirements:

Experience: Proven track record in managing sourcing processes, including drafting strategies and contract signing. Experience with EU-tender laws is preferred.

Negotiation Skills: Experience in negotiating and managing tenders, ideally within the wind, offshore, or power transmission industries.

Communication: Strong verbal and written English skills for professional interactions with stakeholders and suppliers.

Commercial Awareness: Ability to identify commercial opportunities and deliver impactful contract solutions.

Organizational Skills: Well-structured with a keen attention to detail, especially in documentation preparation.
