HSSE Analyst

Job Description

Job Title: HSSE Analyst – Chandigarh, India (HSE & Quality). Location: Chandigarh, India, Remote (with potential for hybrid or office-based work depending on business needs)

As an HSSE Analyst, you will provide administrative and clerical support to the global HSSE Data Team, focusing on maintaining HSSE software data, preparing reports, and supporting team functions. The role is office-based in Chandigarh but currently operates remotely, with the potential for hybrid working arrangements.

Responsibilities:

• Review and maintain HSSE incidents, observations, and action plans in HSSE software.
• Utilize MS Office to create, proofread, and revise documents.
• Participate in meetings and maintain communication with internal stakeholders.
• Manage an incident tracking register and report templates.
• Assist in continuous process improvements and collaborate to meet team goals.
• Assist Supervisor with additional tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

Required:

• Graduation degree in any stream or equivalent education.
• Proficiency in English for business communication.

Desired:

• Working knowledge or experience with HSSE Management Systems & Behavior-Based Safety Programs.
• Diploma or certification in Health & Safety.
• Experience as an administrative assistant.

Knowledge & Skills:

• Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, OneNote, Word, Teams).
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, & open-mindedness.
• Ability to work effectively in a team & prioritize tasks.
• Proactive problem-solving and confidentiality handling.
