Offshore Construction Specialist

Job Description

Job Title: Offshore Construction Compliance Specialist. Location: United States (Annapolis, Boston, Houston, New York City, Newark, Providence, Washington DC). Join our Offshore Wind construction compliance team and support the green energy transition by ensuring our projects meet all permitting requirements. You’ll work closely with commercial, technical, QHSE, and stakeholder teams to implement compliance programs for major offshore wind projects.

Responsibilities:

• Support Offshore Wind Construction Compliance Managers for Revolution Wind (REV) & Sunrise Wind (SRW) in implementing construction compliance programs.
• Assist in the development & execution of environmental training modules to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Maintain & update the Regulatory Compliance Database (RCD) and Compliance Management Tool (CMT).
• Prepare & submit required regulatory reports, notifications, and documents to authorities;
• Develop & update construction contractor compliance guidebooks and procedures;
• Support compliance tracking through inspection forms, audit checklists, and monitoring tools.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or graduate degree in a related field.
• Experience with offshore wind or large-scale infrastructure projects.
• Familiarity with federal, state, & local permitting processes;
• Knowledge of environmental regulations applicable to offshore wind projects;
• Ability to work with engineering, construction, & operational teams on compliance deliverables.
