Job Description

Job Title: Operations Manager (Offshore Wind Farm)

Responsibilities:

• Lead a technician team for offshore wind farm operations, working on a 7-day rotating shift.
• Foster a positive HSE culture, focusing on maintaining and improving safety standards.
• Oversee line management, development, & coordination of technician resources and shift patterns.
• Manage offshore wind farm operations during assigned shifts, supporting the Head of Site Operations in delivering safe and efficient performance.
• Collaborate with the planning team to ensure effective short, mid, & long-term maintenance plans.
• Balance preventive and corrective maintenance tasks.

Qualifications:

• Proven leadership skills, with the ability to drive excellent results through teamwork.
• Analytical approach to problem-solving and strong organizational skills.
• Fluent in written & spoken English.
• Experience in resource coordination and wind farm operations preferred.
