Planning Manager

Job Description

As the Planning Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping NEO Energy’s strategic direction. You’ll lead the Planning team, ensuring effective coordination of planning cycles (including short term, Budget and Life of Field views), data analysis, and business performance reviews, among other processes.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Responsible for the coordination and delivery of the Annual Plan Cycle and the in-year Forecast updates, through collation of updates, review of data and presentation of results.

• Manage the Business Performance Review process, providing insight to business via the data and provide guidance on variance to Budget and Plan.

• Support various department and processes, including regulatory data submission, reserves processes, any Business Development processes and ad-hoc requests.

• Provide leadership to the Planning team (5 direct reports)

• Develop and maintain relationships across the organization to ensure accurate view of the business is reflected in deliverables Key Knowledge and Experience

• Significant prior experience in the Oil and Gas industry, specifically within the Planning domain.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Excellent communication abilities, collaborating with stakeholders at all levels.

• Proficiency in Office 365 tools such as PowerPoint and Excel.
