PM - Site Investigation & Remediation

Job Description

Job Title: PM or Assistant PM - Site Investigation & Remediation. Location: Dublin, IE. Geosyntec is seeking a Project Manager or Assistant Project Manager for our site investigation & remediation team in Dublin. This role is ideal for an experienced individual in contaminated land and groundwater assessment and remediation consulting, who is eager to contribute to impactful, innovative projects.

Responsibilities:

• Project Management: Plan and implement investigation and remediation projects, managing budgets, schedules, quality, and client expectations.
• Fieldwork Oversight: Lead tasks such as site inspections, environmental sampling, drilling, contractor management, and system maintenance.
• Data Analysis: Conduct remediation tests, analyze data, and develop reports and work plans.
• Team Leadership: Mentor early career professionals and manage multidisciplinary project teams.
• Documentation: Prepare technical reports, proposals, plans, and other documents.
• Client Relations: Support senior team members in client development and attend client and regulatory meetings.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in engineering, geology, hydrogeology, or environmental sciences (required); advanced degree (desirable).
• Professional Registration: PGeo, EurGeol, Chartered Engineer, or similar (desirable).
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years in environmental consulting (required).
• Skills: Strong technical writing, emerging leadership, and ability to manage multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment (required).
• Additional Requirements: Valid driver’s license with a satisfactory driving record.
