Your Role

Design and optimize process flows using value stream mapping and industry best practices.

Collaborate with process owners and specialists to ensure coordinated development and compliance with IMS requirements.

Identify and address gaps in the value stream, harmonize processes, and reduce duplication.

Ensure accurate handoffs between processes to minimize delays and improve quality.

Support the development of PPIs and conduct performance evaluations.

Use performance data to identify improvement opportunities and drive continuous enhancement.

Industry bodies (e.g., ISO, Bureau Veritas, etc.)

External Auditors

Other renewables developers

Your Profile

Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Quality Management, Engineering, or equivalent experience.

5+ years in business process design, improvement, optimization, and implementation.

Knowledge of ISO standards and process modeling.

Experience with BPM software like ARIS, BIC, Miro, Mega, SAP, MS Visio.

Lean Six Sigma or similar qualifications.

Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Fluent in English.
