Product Manager - Water Treatment

Job Description

Job Title: Product Manager – Water Treatment Technologies. Location: Madrid, Spain. Veolia Water Technologies is seeking a Product Manager to oversee the life cycle of our water treatment products. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop, standardize, & enhance skid-mounted units, ensuring they meet market demands.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, design, & improve skid-mounted water treatment units in line with market needs.
• Collaborate with Customer Service & Procurement teams to support product design & BOM updates.
• Conduct market research to identify client expectations & supplier innovations.
• Provide technical support for manufacturing workshops & business development teams.
• Create & manage technical and sales documentation for multiple product lines.
• Support business units globally in selling, installing, & operating water treatment products.
• Assist with RFQ processes by defining product specifications & technical requirements.
• Adhere to Quality Management System (QMS) methodology for product development.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Mandatory experience in water treatment (process water treatment, chemical processes, ion exchange, reverse osmosis, etc.).
• Strong knowledge of hydraulics, mechanical design, supplier management, & CAD software.
• Experience in product management & project management is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills with fluency in English & Spanish (mandatory).
• Additional proficiency in French, German, or Mandarin is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills & ability to work under deadlines.
