Project Developer

Job Description

We are seeking a talented Project Developer to join our team in Dallas/Fort Worth. As a Project Developer, your responsibilities will include selling, designing, proposing, and managing pool and outdoor residential construction projects in the Dallas/Fort Worth metroplex. Your duties will include ensuring a high level of quality, sourcing and preparing materials, scheduling material deliveries and labor, and adhering to budgets. No need for cold calling, Will average 4-6 warm leads/week in a typical sales calendar.

Education and Experience:

• Driver's license and US work authorization required
• Associate or Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or equivalent major preferred
• Ability to learn CAD program to create drawings and specifications
• Residential construction experience required

• Dependable
• Good time management skills and organizational skills
