Job Description

Position: Project Manager (PM)  

Company: Tractebel Engineering B.V. (TE BV), ENGIE Group  

Location: Randstad region, Netherlands (Hybrid working mode).  

Mission: Support development & commercialization of engineering services, focusing on Nuclear New Build Projects, Medical applications, Small and Modular Reactors (SMR), and other nuclear applications.

Responsibilities:  

Provide technical consultancy services.  

Review project deliverables (design reports, calculations, etc.) and ensure quality and technical integration.  

Prepare technical deliverables (design documents, specifications, etc.).  

Interface with Metiers to resolve design issues.  

Conduct technical/project management meetings.  

Lead, mentor, and train less experienced staff.  

Prepare technical proposals and support business development activities.  

Engage with prospective clients and support BD & Sales Manager.

Requirements:

Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering or Business.  

Experience: 7+ years in the nuclear industry.  

Skills:

 - Expertise in nuclear safety, licensing, and regulation.  

 - Excellent command of English and Dutch (or willingness to learn Dutch).  

 - Strong communication skills (oral & written).  

 - Strategic thinking and negotiation abilities.  

 - Ability to manage multiple assignments and work under pressure.  

 - Team player with innovative problem-solving skills.  

 - Willingness to travel abroad.  

 - Rigorous adherence to company guidelines, with a focus on quality and safety.
