Project Manager

Job Description

Position: Project Manager (PM). Company: Tractebel Engineering B.V. (TE BV), ENGIE Group. Location: Randstad region, Netherlands (Hybrid working mode).  

Mission: Support development & commercialization of engineering services, focusing on Nuclear New Build Projects, Medical applications, Small and Modular Reactors (SMR), and other nuclear applications.

Responsibilities:  

• Provide technical consultancy services.  
• Review project deliverables (design reports, calculations, etc.) and ensure quality and technical integration.  
• Prepare technical deliverables (design documents, specifications, etc.).  
• Interface with Metiers to resolve design issues.  
• Conduct technical/project management meetings.  
• Lead, mentor, and train less experienced staff.  
• Prepare technical proposals and support business development activities.  
• Engage with prospective clients and support BD & Sales Manager.

Requirements:

Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering or Business. Experience: 7+ years in the nuclear industry.  

Skills:

• Expertise in nuclear safety, licensing, and regulation.  
• Excellent command of English and Dutch (or willingness to learn Dutch).  
• Strong communication skills (oral & written).  
• Strategic thinking and negotiation abilities.  
• Ability to manage multiple assignments and work under pressure.  
• Team player with innovative problem-solving skills.  
• Willingness to travel abroad.  
• Rigorous adherence to company guidelines, with a focus on quality and safety.
