Project Manager (Healthcare)

Job Description

Job Title: Project Manager (Healthcare Construction). Location: Glasgow, GBR

Responsibilities:

• Deliver Project Management commissions, ensuring quality standards & timely completion.
• Oversee a portfolio of healthcare construction projects, providing strategic guidance, audits, & reviews.
• Offer support to Assistant/Graduate Project Managers on larger projects.
• Maintain strong client relationships & collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Administer NEC contracts in a live project environment.
• Ensure accurate documentation of project records (both paper & electronic).

Qualifications:

• Professional qualification in Project Management, Construction, Engineering, or Quantity Surveying.
• Consultancy or client-side experience with construction project leadership skills.
• Strong communication & organizational abilities.
• Previous experience with healthcare construction projects.
• Effective stakeholder management capabilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Chartered status or in progress (RICS, CIOB, RIBA, ICE, or equivalent).
• APM affiliation preferred.
