Job Title: Project Manager. Location: Perth, Australia

Responsibilities:

• Identify & analyze new project opportunities (greenfield & brownfield).
• Secure land agreements necessary for project development.
• Manage the Development Approval process, coordinating with consultants & government bodies.
• Oversee the Connection Application process for grid integration;
• Build & maintain strong relationships with landowners & the community.
• Use project management & contract management skills to track deadlines & priorities.
• Assess project risks & develop mitigation strategies;
• Participate in tenders for power purchase agreements & energy services.
• Support Procurement in contract negotiations for construction;
• Assist the Finance team in securing funding & achieving financial close.
• Transition projects to the construction & operations team after financial close.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Engineering, Law, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in renewable energy project development (solar, wind, storage).
• Experience managing consultants & legal counsel is a plus;
• Strong understanding of regulatory processes at the local & state levels.
• Self-motivated with excellent initiative & problem-solving skills.
• Strong interpersonal & collaboration skills.
