Quality Engineer

Job Description

Job Title: Quality Engineer – Aalborg, Denmark. Location: Aalborg, Denmark

Responsibilities:

• Develop & maintain Global Quality Control plans & inspection records.
• Manage quality-related activities with internal & external stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards & control instructions;
• Provide technical expertise in composite products for plant quality teams.
• Act as an escalation point for quality issues & implement corrective actions.
• Contribute to product safety initiatives & ensure quality reporting;
• Drive continuous improvement & coach teams on quality-related topics.
• Support budget planning & ensure necessary qualifications & competencies.

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of experience in quality control, preferably in manufacturing, engineering, or automotive industries.
• Strong quality mindset with the ability to drive a culture of continuous improvement.
• Engineering degree preferred;
• Ability to handle multiple operational & strategic tasks under pressure.
• Fluent in English (spoken & written).
• Willingness to travel as required.
