Position: Regeneration Operator Lead

Duties & Responsibilities:

Maintain accurate, neat, and complete records of all production/operation logs and reports.

Monitor machines and equipment involved in the regeneration and production process.

Ensure order and discipline are maintained, documenting and elevating disciplinary issues to Plant Leadership.

Lead the Regeneration Operations staff and direct production operations during the shift.

Prepare standard operation procedures and assist in writing procedures, documents, and reports to support EHS or quality systems or audits.

Ensure the quality of the resin or media prepared during the shift and the quality of the equipment dispatched.

Manage all chemical storage areas, deliveries, tank levels, and dilutions during the shift.

Qualifications:

Education & Experience:

Required:

HS Diploma, GED, or equivalent.

At least 1 year of experience and knowledge of resins and water treatment.

Preferred:

AS Degree in Science or Engineering.

Chemistry knowledge.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

At least 2 years of experience in a comparable manufacturing environment involving chemical handling, or at least 2 years of experience in plumbing, pump, or mechanical repair.

ERP experience in SAP.

Knowledge of RO procedures and membrane maintenance.

Knowledge of the lab, working with the lab technician and performing quality control checks.

Ability to operate a forklift as needed.

Working Conditions: Ability and willingness to perform physical duties such as lifting, climbing, working at elevated heights, and manual dexterity. Ability and willingness to work in a range of environments including industrial facilities, manufacturing facilities, and power industry facilities.
