Risk Governance Lead

Job Description

Join Enterprise Risk Management to establish and implement an Enterprise-wide Risk Management Framework, focusing on classifying, aggregating, assigning ownership, and reporting on material risks across the Group. Lead efforts to strengthen risk governance, set standards, and drive initiatives for consistent governance.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain and implement Enterprise Risk Governance Policy, including Enterprise Risk Taxonomy and Ownership Matrix.

Design and embed an Enterprise Risk Document Hierarchy, establishing governance standards and review requirements.

Support review of risk delegation, risk committee setup, and senior management/board risk reporting.

Drive initiatives to enhance risk management across the organization.

Support business and other risk teams in applying Enterprise Risk Management governance.

Requirements:

Academic degree in business law, business administration, or related field.

Experience in designing and implementing risk-related governance, ideally in energy, financial sectors, or large corporations.

Excellent written communication and presentation skills, ability to simplify complex information for diverse audiences.

Strong stakeholder management skills, with a track record of collaborating across functions to drive initiatives.

Project leadership experience across multifunctional areas.
