Sales Manager C&I Storage

Job Description

Job Title: Sales Manager C&I Storage Turnkey (f/m/d). Location: Germany, Italy, Spain (Madrid), or Remote

Responsibilities:

• Drive sales & close turnkey contracts for Commercial & Industrial (C&I) Storage solutions, focusing on Italy & Germany.
• Identify, qualify & pursue high-potential sales opportunities to expand market share.
• Develop & present detailed commercial & technical proposals, collaborating with internal teams.
• Lead contract negotiations & secure agreements for C&I Storage Turnkey solutions;
• Maintain & expand relationships with existing customers while actively seeking new business.
• Monitor market trends, regulatory developments & competitive landscape to adjust strategies.
• Work closely with internal teams (business development, project execution, etc.) to ensure seamless project implementation.
• Use customer feedback to refine product offerings, pricing & market approaches.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business Administration preferred.
• At least 7 years of experience in energy storage or renewable energy sales.
• Strong technical background in energy storage solutions & turnkey project delivery.
• Proven track record in value selling & account penetration strategies.
• Excellent negotiation, presentation & sales skills;
• Fluent in English (German or other European languages are a plus).
• Proficient in MS Office & CRM systems like Salesforce.
• Ability to travel up to 50%.
