SCADA Project Manager

Job Description

Job Title: SCADA Project Manager. Location(s): Aarhus or Videbæk (Denmark), Malmö (Sweden), Berlin or Hamburg (Germany), Warsaw or Szczecin (Poland). Join Vestas as a SCADA Project Manager, where you’ll drive the transformation of wind turbines into fully operational power plants across Northern & Central Europe (NCE) Offshore. Collaborate with global teams, mitigate risks, & ensure on-time, high-quality project execution.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate between the project engineering team & stakeholders to resolve technical challenges efficiently.
• Identify risks & opportunities to ensure timely project completion with optimal results.
• Manage project deliverables, focusing on quality, schedule, & EHS standards throughout the project lifecycle.
• Enhance customer satisfaction, business growth, & stakeholder management;
• Participate in internal process improvement initiatives for SCADA Project Management & Plant Engineering teams.
• Collaborate with Product Management & Development to gather market requirements;

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or equivalent from an accredited university.
• Industry or product-specific experience;
• PM certification: Prince2 Practitioner/PMP & Six Sigma Green Belt or ITIL 4 Foundation;
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies & stakeholder engagement techniques.
• Fluent in English (written & spoken).
• Valid driver’s license.
