Job Title: Senior Director, C&I Energy Storage Business. Location: Remote (US - California). We are seeking a Senior Director to lead our C&I Energy Storage Business. This role involves establishing and growing our turn-key energy storage solutions across North America, focusing on commercial and industrial markets. The position requires frequent travel (about 40% of the time) and offers flexibility to work from home. You will be instrumental in shaping our Go-To-Market strategy, driving revenue growth, and solidifying our position as a leader in energy storage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead sales activities and business operations for the C&I Energy Storage segment.
• Develop and implement a comprehensive business plan.
• Build and maintain customer relationships and drive strategic sales targets.
• Negotiate contracts and manage key accounts.
• Provide accurate sales forecasts and manage customer proposals.
• Contribute to marketing strategies and brand awareness.
• Analyze market data and identify opportunities for growth.
• Travel regularly to meet with customers and participate in trade shows.

Professional Qualifications:

• Minimum 10 years’ experience in project development, sales, or business development.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field preferred.
• Proven track record in complex negotiations and managing key accounts.
• Strong financial acumen and experience with ROI calculations.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems (Salesforce preferred).
• Ability to travel up to 50%.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Competitive salary: $220,000 - $250,000 (base salary, excluding bonuses and incentives).
