Senior Greenfield Developer

Job Description

Frankfurt-based with remote work possible, requiring at least two office days weekly (excluding site visits).

As Senior Land Scout, you play a pivotal role in expanding our onshore wind and PV portfolio, reporting directly to the Team Leader of Origination. Working closely with regional leaders.

Responsibilities:

Developing nationwide and region-specific strategies for greenfield origination in wind energy and ground-mounted PV.

Coordinating regional land scouts, fostering communication, and sharing best practices.

Ensuring alignment with growth objectives and pipeline targets.

Training and motivating team members, serving as an experienced advisor.

Collaborating with GIS and Business Heads, and conducting regular meetings with regional managers and scouts.

Advocating for origination team needs in internal management meetings.

Evaluating partnership opportunities and creating initial business cases.

Reporting on market trends and competitive landscapes.

Representing the company at industry events and engaging with stakeholders.

Requirements:

Proactive, hands-on approach with strong initiative and stakeholder commitment.

Exceptional leadership and team management skills.

Extensive experience in land acquisition for renewable energy projects in Germany.

Track record of successful negotiations with diverse stakeholders.

Strong organizational skills with a focus on goal attainment.

Fluent in spoken and written German (minimum level C1).

Valid driving license (class B) and willingness to travel.
