Job Title: Senior Health & Safety Advisor. Location: Cambuslang, United Kingdom

Responsibilities:

• Advise & guide project teams & senior management on health & safety throughout project lifecycles.
• Implement health & safety management systems, ensuring compliance with regulations.
• Conduct audits, inspections, & incident investigations to support continuous improvement.
• Drive safety initiatives, workshops, & best-practice exchanges across teams;
• Collaborate with internal & external stakeholders to enhance health & safety performance;
• Promote a safe working environment & act as a subject matter expert on specific H&S topics.
• Benchmark & incorporate innovative practices to enhance project safety standards.

Qualifications:

• NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent in Occupational Health & Safety.
• Membership in IOSH for IPD & CPD;
• Experience in health & safety roles within engineering or construction sectors.
• Skilled in performing audits, inspections, & reporting results;
• Knowledge of structured incident investigation techniques.
