Senior Land Manager Onshore

Job Description

Join our Project Development UK team, where you'll lead in one of three critical OLE Life Cycle disciplines: Origination, Land, or Estates. Your role will involve managing land acquisition, developing strategies, and supporting renewable energy projects across the UK and Ireland. Your Role:

• Oversee land acquisition, management, due diligence, and stakeholder relations, and develop land assembly and management strategies.
• Lead commercial negotiations, manage contracts, payments, and budgeting, and provide internal advice.
• Support the Head of Origination, Land & Estates in optimizing OLE practices and digitalizing processes.
• Advise internal stakeholders on renewable energy initiatives and maintain strong relationships with external parties, including landowners and solicitors.
• Ensure effective communication and transparency throughout the land delivery cycle.

Requirements:

• Strong understanding of onshore renewable land contracts and legislation, including property rights and planning in the UK and Ireland.
• Significant experience in land and property management and project delivery.
• Familiarity with UK and Ireland energy markets, policy, and commercial rental landscape.
• Expertise in onshore renewables market and landowner engagement.
