Senior Programme Manager

Job Description

Job Title: Senior Programme Manager – Offshore Wind Operations. Locations: Brande, Denmark | Home (UK) | Hamburg, Germany

Responsibilities:

• Manage enterprise risk & opportunity portfolio, ensuring mitigation & maximization within global operations.
• Oversee strategic projects, guiding teams in long-term people, investment, & system strategies.
• Align core topics across Offshore Execution & Service to enhance synergies;
• Lead operations ownership of Availability Forecasting System & integrate with financial forecasts.
• Manage critical activities related to NCC improvement.
• Oversee real estate strategy & central operational topics;
• Develop strategic supply chain partnerships to meet customer commitments.
• Create management templates & support leadership in decision-making.
• Lead emerging projects & performance improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Engineering or Business (preferred).
• 10+ years in offshore wind, with expertise in service strategy & industrialization.
• Proven experience in project/program management with strong financial results.
• Strong stakeholder influencing & communication skills;
• Technical knowledge of wind turbines is a plus.
• Ability to travel (10-30%).
• Fluent in English (written & verbal).
