Job Description

Job Title: Service Support Administrator. Company: Veolia Water Technologies. Location: Celbridge, Co. Kildare, Ireland. Join Veolia Water Technologies as a Service Support Administrator. This role focuses on generating sales quotations, managing service operations, and providing administrative support to ensure the smooth functioning of the service department.

Duties and Responsibilities:

•   Generate and provide sales quotations for parts and consumables.
•   Liaise with service engineers for necessary information.
•   Follow up on sales quotations and close out on the internal system.
•   Address and resolve any shortfalls in sales, liaise with customers, and follow up post-breakdown visits.
•   Prepare documentation for engineer visits, conduct site visits if needed, and manage post-sale client interactions.
•   Report weekly sales information and assist with engineering contractual visits.
•   Support the efficient operation of the service function through various administrative tasks.
•   Assist Service Business Manager and team with daily operations.
•   Participate in company stock checks and generate purchase orders for subcontractor labor.
•   Cover reception and phones as required.
•   Assist other departments and provide backup support during absences.
•   Perform additional administrative tasks as needed.
