Position: Field Service Engineer Munster

Company: Veolia Water Technologies Ireland

The Field Service Engineer will provide comprehensive on-site service for equipment and applications, ensuring customer satisfaction through commissioning, maintenance, repair, and calibration.

Key Responsibilities:

Commission, fault-find, service, maintain, repair, calibrate, and validate equipment and applications.

Ensure equipment is left in a safe condition for customer use.

Deliver “Service Excellence” and maintain high customer satisfaction.

Maintain records, create service reports, and complete all required paperwork on time.

Adhere to safety regulations, company policies, ISO Quality Procedures, and site rules.

Maintain stock of spare parts and consumables in the company vehicle.

Participate in the On-Call Engineer Rota.

Identify revenue opportunities and inform the company of new site developments.

Communicate customer feedback, sales, and training opportunities to the Head of Industrial Field Service.

Provide on-site briefings, tours, and training to customers and colleagues.

Review technical documentation and write accurate technical reports.

Represent the company professionally and wear branded clothing and PPE.

Qualifications:

Electrical or Mechanical Qualification.

Field Service Experience preferred.
