Service Coördinator / Planner

Job Description

Job Title: Service Coordinator / Planner. Location: Lemmer, Netherlands

Responsibilities:

• Develop & manage maintenance schedules for wind turbines, ensuring efficient site operations.
• Coordinate personnel, tools, & spare parts for preventive & corrective maintenance.
• Monitor weather conditions & adjust plans accordingly for optimal execution;
• Oversee daily dispatching of technicians & third-party resources based on operational needs.
• Maintain accurate service records, including work hours, spare parts usage, & service orders.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards & conduct toolbox talks & safety briefings.
• Utilize SAP to track maintenance plans, work orders, & retrofits.
• Provide input on long-term planning & service progress.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical background preferred.
• 2-5 years of relevant experience in maintenance planning or coordination.
• Strong analytical & organizational skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint); SAP knowledge preferred.
• Strong communication skills, both written & verbal;
• Fluency in English (written & spoken).
• Experience with Power BI, PowerApps, & budget management is a plus.
