Job Description

Job Title: Module Lead Engineer - Offshore Equipment Tower Team. Location: Brande - Borupvej & Vejle - Fiskergade. As a Module Lead Engineer in the Offshore Equipment Tower Team, you will play a crucial role in developing next-generation transport, storage, and lifting equipment for Tower modules in Offshore Wind Projects. You will be responsible for ensuring the timely and high-quality delivery of equipment solutions, with a strong emphasis on safety and reliability. This role involves close collaboration with international teams and offers opportunities for personal and professional growth within a global company dedicated to clean energy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the execution of equipment solutions and instructions for Tower modules in Offshore Wind Projects.
• Collaborate with a team of 15 engineers and designers focused on the development of transport, storage, and lifting equipment.
• Ensure high-quality output and safety in the handling of heavy modules.
• Work closely with other teams covering Nacelle and Blades across Denmark, Spain, Poland, and India.
• Contribute to continuous improvement programs and preventive maintenance linked to the design process for future equipment generations.

Qualifications:

• University degree in Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant technical experience in wind power or a similar industrial context.
• Strong strategic and innovative orientation with excellent decision-making skills.
• Open-minded, positive, proactive, and self-motivated.
• Experience in an international environment with excellent English communication skills.
• Strong commitment to safety in daily work.
