Job Description

Job Title: Site Administrator II. Location: Canada

Responsibilities:

  • Assist management with internal and external communications, ensuring timely dissemination of information.
  • Collect, review, and analyze data to generate reports, charts, and presentations.
  • Maintain routine plant operating logs, reports, and ensure accurate documentation.
  • Handle routine inquiries from internal or external sources and provide standard responses;
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., asset management, compliance, HR, legal) to ensure timely communication and updates.
  • Manage administrative tasks including accounts payable, timesheets, purchase requisitions, vendor relationships, and overseeing budgets.
  • Maintain and organize important documents, files, inventories, logs, and forms;
  • Ensure the office area is well-maintained and assist in the sorting and distribution of mail.
  • Support safety efforts by being an active member of the local safety committee.

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma required.
  • 3+ years of experience in administrative support, specifically in vendor management, procurement, or human resources.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel for data analysis, communication, and reporting;
  • Knowledge of administrative and secretarial functions, including typing, scheduling, and using telecommunication software (MS Teams, fax, printers).
  • Experience in creating scheduled reports is essential;
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record;
  • Ability to comply with ENGIE’s COVID vaccination and testing policies.

  • Competitive salary range: $30.00 – $38.00 CAD per hour, depending on experience.
