Site Manager - Offshore Construction

We're recruiting a Site Manager for Offshore Construction to ensure safe & economical execution of works at specific sites. This role reports to the Head of Site Management & Installation Leads (SMIL).

Responsibilities:

• Direct operations & personnel at the construction site.
• Report to the Lead Site Manager & Head of SMIL.
• Plan & execute works per contract & EHS/QA systems.
• Ensure compliance with SGRE standards & regulations.
• Evaluate team performance & improve skills as needed.
• Optimize processes & workflows for a safe working environment.
• Provide strong EHS leadership & ensure Zero Harm standards.
• Ensure compliance with safety, schedule, cost, & quality targets.
• Implement change & claim management, driving a Zero Defect culture.
• Manage risk & opportunity.
• Plan & coordinate site activities with regular reporting.
• Handle site setup, mobilization, demobilization, & maintenance.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or 5-8 years in the Offshore wind industry, plus 2+ years in a similar role.
• Proven leadership in large international construction projects.
• In-depth technical knowledge of wind turbines & logistics.
• Ability to handle conflicts & solve technical issues.
• EHS & Quality focused with knowledge of SGRE Sphera, QA, & EHS processes.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Willingness to travel globally up to 50%, working on a rotational basis onshore & offshore.
