Site Supervisor - Mobile Robotics. Location: Fort Wayne, Indiana. Type: Hybrid (Remote with commuting) | Full-Time. Oceaneering AGV Systems specializes in Automated Guided Vehicle Systems (AGVs), delivering innovative transport solutions to meet dynamic industry demands.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Program/Project Manager to develop execution plans for deploying OMR solutions.
• Organize and execute OMR system installations according to detailed plans.
• Develop processes to enhance efficiency, ensuring work aligns with milestones.
• Supervise engineers & technicians on-site, fostering team development & maintaining safety standards.
• Act as the on-site lead, coordinating activities with customers & escalating issues when necessary.
• Provide detailed status reports to keep project stakeholders informed.
• Execute additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• High School Graduate or Equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years leading diverse teams on technical projects.
• At least 2 years of experience creating detailed execution plans for production or installation.
• Customer-facing experience in technical project execution.
• Ability to travel domestically up to 50%.

Preferred:

• Technical 2-yr or 4-yr degree in a related field.
• Passport eligibility for potential international travel.
