Job Description
Job Title: Solar Asset Manager – Paris-France
Responsibilities:
- Oversee operations & maintenance for multiple solar assets.
- Maximize energy production & revenue while minimizing downtime.
- Monitor plant performance, track losses, & implement corrective actions.
- Manage budgets, financial forecasts, & reporting for stakeholders;
- Ensure compliance with contracts, regulations, & safety standards.
- Supervise O&M contractors & external consultants;
- Handle insurance claims, third-party disputes, & regulatory compliance.
- Maintain stakeholder relationships, including landowners, lenders, & grid operators.
- Support development teams in setting up O&M agreements for future projects.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or Environmental).
- 5+ years of experience in asset management, ideally in the solar sector.
- Strong knowledge of renewable energy plants & high-voltage infrastructure.
- Experience in contract management & regulatory compliance.
- Proficiency in MS Office & CMMS software;
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, & organizational skills.
- Fluency in English & French, with a valid French driving license.
- Willingness to travel regularly.
