Job Description

Job Title: Solar Asset Manager – Paris-France

Responsibilities:

• Oversee operations & maintenance for multiple solar assets.
• Maximize energy production & revenue while minimizing downtime.
• Monitor plant performance, track losses, & implement corrective actions.
• Manage budgets, financial forecasts, & reporting for stakeholders;
• Ensure compliance with contracts, regulations, & safety standards.
• Supervise O&M contractors & external consultants;
• Handle insurance claims, third-party disputes, & regulatory compliance.
• Maintain stakeholder relationships, including landowners, lenders, & grid operators.
• Support development teams in setting up O&M agreements for future projects.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or Environmental).
• 5+ years of experience in asset management, ideally in the solar sector.
• Strong knowledge of renewable energy plants & high-voltage infrastructure.
• Experience in contract management & regulatory compliance.
• Proficiency in MS Office & CMMS software;
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, & organizational skills.
• Fluency in English & French, with a valid French driving license.
• Willingness to travel regularly.
