Specialist II, Material Center

Job Description

Job Title: Specialist II, Material Center. Location: Indiana, TX (Mesquite), New York, Austin, Arizona (On-Site)

Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee the Material Center, working closely with Planning, Data Analysis, and Warehouse teams.
• Monitor and maintain material inventory levels to support cell production.
• Develop and update Bills of Materials (BOM) for manufacturing processes;
• Collaborate with Warehouse teams to ensure timely fulfillment of production orders.
• Confirm material deliveries to production lines and address any supply chain disruptions.
• Issue purchase orders and coordinate with the Purchasing team;
• Utilize and manage SAP systems for material control and daily operations.
• Support ISO 9001 compliance and quality assurance activities.
• Participate in weekly planning and purchasing meetings to align supply chain strategies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• 1+ years of experience in supply chain management, warehousing, or material planning in a manufacturing setting.
• Strong analytical skills with a track record of delivering quantitative results.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment;
• Hands-on experience with ERP platforms or SAP.
• Excellent communication skills, with fluency in English (Mandarin proficiency is a plus).
