Specialist Offshore Cable Installation

Job Description

Join our Offshore Cable Installation team, where you'll help ensure top-notch planning, tendering, and installation of offshore array and export cables. Our global team of 70 experts collaborates across Europe, the US, and APAC, focusing on quality and continuous improvement. We value open communication and a willingness to tackle new challenges.

Your Role:

  • Plan offshore cable installations, assessing technical and commercial aspects.
  • Handle tendering and contract negotiations for installation projects.
  • Manage contractors, overseeing technical quality, schedules, and budgets.
  • Coordinate technical interfaces with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Share synergies and optimization opportunities, applying lessons learned.
  • Complete project closing tasks, including documentation and handover.

Requirements:

  • In-depth knowledge of subsea cable installation.
  • Strong problem-solving skills within a complex organization.
  • Effective project management with a flexible, service-oriented approach.
  • Team player with intercultural communication and negotiation skills.
  • Degree in mechanical engineering, civil engineering, marine engineering, or wind energy.
