Job Title: Working Student - Grid & System Analysis (f/m/x). Location: Hamburg, Germany. Siemens Gamesa is a global leader in renewable energy, committed to shaping a sustainable future. As part of our Grid & System Analysis team, you will contribute to innovative solutions that enhance power grid efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Support Grid Engineering Managers & Engineers in automating grid studies.
- Develop & maintain Python or MATLAB-based tools for power system simulations.
- Utilize APIs of power system simulation software to streamline data analysis;
- Perform basic power system studies to improve grid performance.
Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in a Master’s program in Electrical Engineering.
- Basic knowledge of power systems engineering.
- Proficiency in at least one programming language (MATLAB, C/C++, Python).
- Strong analytical skills & attention to detail;
- Excellent communication skills with a team-oriented mindset.
- Proficiency in English (written & spoken).
