Job Description
Under the direction of the Operations Manager, coordinate personnel requests for all projects in collaboration with project management teams. Assist the Operations Manager in overseeing the field support staff.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with Global Mobility to allocate crews based on project needs, ensuring compliance and matching competencies.
Work with Global Mobility to implement effective journey management plans for field personnel, promptly addressing any deviations.
Support the Operations Manager in evaluating field support staff performance and providing feedback.
Liaise with the Training & Competency department to arrange necessary training, regulatory compliance, and competency assessments for offshore personnel.
Organize teams to support operational excellence initiatives as directed.
Participate in HSE, Quality, and Operational Excellence initiatives.
Monitor offshore personnel profiles, work experience, and CVs.
Qualifications
Required
High School Diploma
3 years of Oilfield experience, including at least 1 year in personnel logistics
Proficiency in MS Office applications
Desired
Bachelor's Degree
