Job Description

Job Title: Technical Site Manager. Location: Saint-Brieuc, France

Responsibilities:

• Manage the lifecycle of technical projects to improve the availability & reliability of the offshore wind farm.
• Ensure projects meet objectives within time, budget, & quality standards, adhering to HSE, regulatory, & legal requirements.
• Assist the Site Manager in coordinating on-site works & activities.
• Provide technical information & support to the Operations Engineering team, focusing on asset performance optimization.
• Oversee & document specific wind farm activities to gather evidence & ensure compliance with standards.
• Develop processes & procedures to implement an efficient O&M (Operation & Maintenance) asset integrity management system.
• Collaborate with global teams, OEMs, service providers, consultants, & regulators to maintain productive relationships & deliver high technical standards.
• Share lessons learned from offshore wind farm operations across different projects.
• Provide technical inputs during the development phase of new projects.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or Control Engineering (or equivalent).
• Strong technical knowledge in offshore wind, including structures, cables, high voltage systems, SCADA, & data analysis.
• 5+ years of experience in the offshore wind or engineering industry.
• High proficiency in IT systems & tools.
• Strong planning & problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure & meet deadlines.
• Experience in technical due diligence & project management.
• Language proficiency: Fluent in French & English (Spanish is a plus).
