Technical Trainer

Job Description

Job Title: Technical Trainer – Offshore Wind. Location: Vejle, Denmark, Hull, United Kingdom, Gdansk, Poland, Orlando, Florida, USA, Hamburg, Germany

Responsibilities:

• Develop & deliver technical training programs for offshore wind technicians.
• Conduct engaging training sessions both in classroom settings & on-site.
• Collaborate with project sites to identify areas for on-site training;
• Provide technical support within the Site Training department.
• Ensure training requirements are met for offshore employees & contractors.
• Travel 30-50 days per year for training activities.

Qualifications:

• Strong background in offshore wind technology & hands-on experience.
• Experience in training development & delivery with a technical focus.
• Electrical background or deep knowledge of electronics;
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment with changing priorities.
• Strong problem-solving & analytical skills.
• Fluent in English (spoken & written).
• Prior experience with lifting operations is a plus.
