Job Description

Job Title: NSW Transmission & Distribution Leader. Location: Sydney, AUS.  Our growing ANZ Energy team is looking for a NSW Transmission & Distribution Leader, based in our busy Sydney office, to drive innovative change and support the acceleration of the energy transition with our clients. This is an exciting team leadership role, managing a team of 35 multidisciplinary engineers while driving towards key client deliverables.

Responsibilities:

• Lead an established team of Transmission and Distribution Engineers, Designers, and Drafters to deliver strong backlog and future pipeline of key projects with major NSW clients in Energy.
• Support and build on headcount growth, nurture key client relationships, and mentor a fantastic team of engineers to deliver high standard outcomes in Transmission and Distribution projects.
• Lead and grow our key practices in Transmission and Distribution, including Digital skillsets in NSW.
• Engage in a truly diverse role, building current and prospective Energy clients in an exciting leadership opportunity.
• Collaborate with ANZ and global leaders to ensure continued success and growth in our Energy business.
• Be a role model, driving cultural behaviors of collaboration, innovative thinking, trust, result focus, and care for colleagues to drive a psychological safety of being able to bring your full self to work.

Qualifications:

• Extensive Transmission and Distribution experience across Australia or New Zealand.
• Proven track record in leading others, being an architect for change, and expanding capability while driving flawless execution.
• A collaborative and influential leader, skilled in building effective relationships with clients and teams, with a passion for leading in Energy.
• Forward-thinking, embracing change, and possessing an appetite for implementing and utilizing cutting-edge digital technology.
• Ability to step forward into the challenges that the ever-changing nature of our business brings and be accountable for the outcomes delivered by you and your team.
